With over 30 years in the hospitality industry, Katie Kruft Richardson has held key leadership roles, including Hotel General Manager, CFO, and President of a prestigious boutique hotel and restaurant group, overseeing a team of 1,000+ employees. Her experience spans both operational and executive management, providing her with a deep understanding of what drives success in hospitality. Throughout her career, Katie learned that hospitality isn’t just an industry—it’s a mindset that every business, in every sector, can benefit from. By fostering a culture of hospitality within an organization, employees become engaged, customers become loyal, and profits naturally follow.

Katie’s passion for culture and customer service led her to create the Director of Culture role at Zislis Group, where she spent nine years experimenting with organizational values and team dynamics on a hands-on level. This role gave her invaluable insights into what drives employee engagement and guest satisfaction.

With a Master’s in Psychology and professional coaching certification, Katie’s mission is to help organizations hire the right people, embrace the power of hospitality, and foster workplaces where both employees and customers feel valued, connected, and inspired to thrive.
